2.1 By accessing the phl365 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or using any gaming service offered through phl365.org, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and phl365.
2.2 These Terms are in addition to, and do not limit or replace, any specific rules applicable to individual games, promotions, or bonus offers published on the Platform. In the event of conflict between these Terms and any game-specific rules or promotion terms, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2.3 phl365 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 15 (Amendments). Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3.1 Age Requirement. Access to phl365 and participation in any game offered on the Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This minimum age is a mandatory requirement under PAGCOR licensing conditions and Philippine law. phl365 takes underage access violations seriously and will take immediate action upon discovery, including account suspension and referral to the appropriate regulatory authority.
3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. Players must be accessing phl365 from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your participation in online gaming activities via phl365 is lawful in your location. phl365 does not accept liability for Players accessing the Platform from restricted jurisdictions.
3.3 Registration Requirements. To register a phl365 Account, you must:
3.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may maintain only one registered Account with phl365. Accounts are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered account holder. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds, bonuses, or accumulated rewards therein.
3.5 KYC Verification. phl365 is required by PAGCOR to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawals. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (including but not limited to: UMID, SSS card, Philippine passport, or driver's license). Failure to complete KYC will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed to phl365's satisfaction.
3.6 Accuracy of Information. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to phl365 is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time is a breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable Philippine law.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phl365 Account credentials, including your login identifier and password. You must not disclose your Account credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
4.2 phl365 staff will never request your Account password through any channel, including live chat, SMS, email, or social media. Any communication purporting to be from phl365 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to phl365 support immediately.
4.3 You agree to notify phl365 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. phl365 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain Account security or your failure to report unauthorized access promptly.
4.4 phl365 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform connections and implements server-side rate limiting and SMS-based two-factor authentication on new device logins. Notwithstanding these measures, phl365 does not guarantee absolute security against all potential threats and recommends that Players use strong, unique passwords and secure network connections when accessing the Platform.
Security Notice: phl365 will never ask you to share your password, OTP, or full ID details via chat or SMS. Any third party claiming to represent phl365 and requesting such information is likely engaged in a phishing attempt. Do not comply with such requests and report them to support immediately.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phl365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT (cryptocurrency). All Account balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). phl365 does not charge transaction fees on the Platform side; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own fees, for which phl365 bears no responsibility.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100. phl365 reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
5.3 Deposits for Personal Use. All funds deposited into your phl365 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of, or to the account of, another person is strictly prohibited. Funds deposited from an unverified or third-party source may be frozen pending investigation.
5.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available exclusively to Players who have successfully completed KYC verification in accordance with Section 3.5. phl365 processes GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 5–20 minutes for verified accounts under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are subject to standard Philippine interbank clearing timeframes.
5.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to applicable wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering conditions have been met. phl365 reserves the right to remove Bonus Funds from an Account if it determines that they were claimed through abuse, manipulation, or breach of these Terms.
5.6 Anti-Money Laundering. In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR requirements, phl365 may request additional documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into any Account. phl365 reserves the right to freeze an Account and/or report suspicious activity to the relevant Philippine authorities where legally required.
6.1 phl365 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives to Players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published on the Platform at the time of the offer.
6.2 All bonuses and promotional offers are intended for personal, recreational use only. Any Player found to be abusing bonus systems — including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, systematically exploiting low-risk wagering strategies solely to meet bonus requirements, or colluding with other Players to claim bonuses — will have their bonuses voided and their Account reviewed for suspension.
6.3 phl365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with or without prior notice, subject to compliance with PAGCOR promotional guidelines.
6.4 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated as "no wagering" in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are specified in individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time period will result in the Bonus Funds being removed from the Account without credit.
7.1 All games offered on the phl365 Platform — including live dealer casino games, slots, bingo, fishing games, and table games — operate under published rules available within each game interface. By placing a bet on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
7.2 RNG Certification. All Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games on phl365 use certified, independently audited RNG systems. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages published on the Platform represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee returns on individual sessions or bets.
7.3 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer game outcomes are determined in real time by physical dealing or spinning equipment operated by human dealers in a licensed studio environment. phl365 is not responsible for technical disruptions that interrupt a live game mid-hand, but will apply a fair dispute resolution process in accordance with the live game provider's rules.
7.4 Technical Errors. In the event of a verifiable technical malfunction affecting a game result — including server disconnections, software errors, or data corruption — phl365 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts. phl365 shall not be liable for paying out on erroneous game results attributable to a technical malfunction.
7.5 Bet Acceptance. A bet is not confirmed until a unique transaction reference has been generated and confirmed within your Account. phl365 is not obligated to honour any bet that was not properly registered due to communication failure, insufficient funds, or system error at the time of placement.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phl365 Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:
Fraud Notice: phl365 maintains active fraud detection systems in partnership with its payment providers. Any Player found to have engaged in fraudulent deposit and withdrawal behaviour — including deliberately triggering payment disputes after withdrawing winnings — will have their Account permanently suspended and the matter referred to the relevant Philippine authorities.
9.1 All content on the phl365 Platform — including but not limited to the phl365 name, logo, visual design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and any other proprietary materials — is the intellectual property of phl365 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use, subject to your ongoing compliance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of phl365.
9.3 Game content (including artwork, audio, mechanics, and brand assets) available through phl365's integrated third-party providers — such as JILI, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and others — remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is subject to their own licensing terms.

11.2 By registering an Account and using the Platform, you consent to phl365's collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, transaction processing, regulatory compliance, and customer support purposes.
11.3 phl365 does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except as required for the performance of contracted services (such as payment processing and KYC verification providers), or as required by applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulatory requirements.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phl365 and its officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, even if phl365 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.2 phl365 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, or that it will be free from errors, defects, or security vulnerabilities. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
12.3 phl365's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to phl365 in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits phl365's liability for death or personal injury caused by its proven negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
13.1 phl365 reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to suspend or permanently terminate any Player Account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:
13.2 Upon Account termination for breach, phl365 may, at its discretion, withhold any Bonus Funds or promotional credits within the Account. Verified real-money deposits that are not subject to active bonus wagering requirements or pending investigation will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance requirements.
13.3 A Player may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting phl365 support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any open betting positions and settlement of outstanding withdrawals.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
14.2 In the event of a dispute between a Player and phl365 arising from gaming transactions, account management, or these Terms, the Player is encouraged to first contact phl365's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. phl365 commits to responding to all formal dispute submissions within seven (7) business days.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism applicable to licensed online gaming operators. Players in the Philippines also retain their rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
14.4 phl365's records shall be the primary evidence in any dispute regarding gaming outcomes, account transactions, or communications, except where manifestly erroneous. phl365 maintains comprehensive server-side transaction logs for all Account activity.
15.1 phl365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via the primary mobile number or email address associated with their Account, or by prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the amendment.
15.2 Your continued access to or use of the phl365 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.3.
15.3 The version of these Terms & Conditions bearing the most recent "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page constitutes the current, binding agreement between you and phl365.
